Since it costs crystal shards to make the armour / weapon if you need to sell you will lose out on that creation cost. It can add up to quite a few mil.

The biggest drawback with Masori is that Bowfa exists. When using Bowfa together with crystal armor, it's really only second to Tbow. So for most late-game content, you're going to be better off using Bowfa + Crystal than Masori + any weapon that isn't Tbow (exceptions may apply with niche weapons like DHCB).The partisan doesn't get much buff from the 2nd hammer and even the 1st is kind of underwhelming.
