Curious about pluses/minuses for Chevy engines in RVs in regards to reliability, power, gas mileage, engine noise, ease of maintenance and repairs. I know Ford engines have much more market share among class Cs than Chevy's so I'm wondering.

Both engines are nice and fast, However I personally am opting for the 5.0 due to the 6.2's limited availbility and in reality the 5.0L seems to be close to the 6.2's performance yet, still gets quite a bit better gas milage.
