It shouldn't work becuase it should be an either / or. Either your weapons use CHA, then youmiss out on the STR bonuses from Tavern Brawler. Or it's using STR and you get the Tavern Brawler Bonuses. But I haven't tested and strangers things have happened in this 5e Twighlight Zone of BG3. Bonus action dash supplements this nicely.
